My Counselling Approach:

I offer a safe and confidential environment where children and young people can explore the challenges and difficulties that are individual to them. Sometimes younger children can find expressing their thoughts and feelings difficult, so play therapy and other resources might be used to support the counselling sessions.

To support change, a range of strategies/techniques can be discussed in order to help the child or young person move forward and cope with their individual challenges in a more positive way.
